Product Introduction

PCR detection system is mainly composed of control system, power supply system, photoelectric system, module components, hot lid, shell parts and software etc. Its working principle is: to achieve reagent sample amplification by temperature control according to programmed parameters for sample denaturation under high temperature, annealing under low temperature and extension under optimum temperature, and to detect real-time fluorescence changes of samples through photoelectric system as well as analyze and process data detected by software.
Based on real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction technology, the product can be widely used in researches such as immunology, human genome engineering, forensic medicine, oncology, histology, population biology, palaeobiology, zoology and botany, and in clinical diagnosis of viruses, tumors and hereditary diseased, etc.
